Maintenance
1. Software problem: Remote technical support for maintenance.
2. Hardware problem: Shipping back to us for repair.
2-Year Warranty
1.If the product is defective due to manufacturer workmanship within the warranty period, all the shipping fee to and from China, maintenance cost and cost of replacement parts(if needed) will be borne by IWAVE.
2. If the product with defects or damage that result from improper operation, misuse or accident, the shipping fee to and from China and cost of replacement parts (if needed) will be borne by the buyer. IWAVE will bear its maintenance costs.
Service Beyond The Warranty Period
If the product have problems beyond the warranty period, the maintenance cost will be free. The shipping cost and cost of replacement parts (if needed) will be borne by buyer.
