1.Warranty Period

 

From the date of purchase, you will enjoy free warranty service ranging from 1 to 3 years. The warranty period is based on the different products catalogue, as showed like the following:

2.Free Warranty Service

 

Within the warranty time of IWAVE, if there are any problems on our items, which we are responsible for, the certain item could be delivered to the after-sales center of IWAVE COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD in Zhengzhou. Before repairing, IWAVE after-sales team will do a comprehensive test on the items.

 

And the test report will be provide to customers so that they will know the items problems. And we also list solution of how to shoot these problems. With the report will be more experienced during use IWAVE wireless radio products.

 

Then, these returned products will be get repaired and delivered back to the customers. IWAVE will undertake the two-way freight.

 

3.Maintenance Service Process

4.The following situations are not in the free maintenance service, note that IWAVE provides chargeable service.

 

4.1 Damagecaused by the use of the product under abnormal working conditions or in violation of the product instructions.

 

4.2 Alter or tear up the Bar Code without authorization.

 

4.3 Out of warranty: Product that exceeds the warranty period

 

4.4 Disassemble device without authorization by IWAVE.

 

4.5 Damage caused by major accidents, natural disasters and other irresistible factors (such as flood, fire, lightning, and earthquake, etc.)

 

4.6 Damage caused by inappropriate voltage input.

 

4.7 Other damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacture, quality, etc.
