FD-7800 2×2 MIMO OEM MESH Module is a software defined radio, which is ideal suited for a range of manned and unmanned system applications to mobile transmission of IP, video and full duplex control data.

Employing IWAVEs proprietary waveform featuring high-efficiency dynamic routing algorithm, the mesh network successfully connected 64 nodes with high data rate throughput, high sensitivity, low latency, and strong anti-interference characteristics.

FD-7800 is an ultra-light(33g), ultra-compact(72*60*10mm) software defined IP mesh radio in an OEM (bare board) format for platform integration.

Weighing just 33g, consuming only 3W of input power but delivering 200mW of output power, the FD-7800 is ideal for size and weight critical UxV applications, offering the 100Mbps data rate,  64nodes wireless connection and point to point 1-3km nlos communication.

 SDR: Software Define Radio, the smallest mimo dual band mesh radio in the world

Max 40Mhz BandwidthAdopts LTE-A's CA technology (Carrier aggregation): dual carriers and support a maximum operating bandwidth of 40MHz: 2×20MHz.

Strong Anti-jamming Ability: dual band 600Mhz(566-678Mhz) and 1.4Ghz(1420-1530Mhz), in total 222Mhz frequency option to avoid the jamming frequency point.

FHSS: Perform the frequency hopping and select an optimal frequency point based on RSRP, SNR, and SER.

• 100Mbps Thoughput: Uplink and downlink 100Mbps shared by the 64nodes

• Strong NLOS Ability: None line of sight 1-3km ground to ground communication distance.

• 10km Communication Distance: 10km air to ground LOS communication range between aircraft to GCS.

Easy Management
• Manage all the nodes and monitoring the real time topology on the management software.
• SNR, RSSI, distance between nodes will be dynamically displayed on the topoloty.
• IWAVE will provide API document and technical support for third-party unmanned platform integration.
• Users can adjust the working frequency band, turn on/off the FHSS function, modify the IP address of each node via the management software.
• With IWAVE AT command set document, users can configure key, frequency, bandwidth and get SNR value and query the firmware version, baud rate,etc.

Application

The FD-7800 measures only 72x60x10mm and weighs only 33g. With its small form factor and designed for jamming environmental resistance, the FD-7800 is suitable for installation as a mobile site system, employed in terrestrial, airborne and maritime environments such as the mini uav and tiny robot or other space limited unmanned system.
FD-7800 has a wide input voltage range of 5 to 32V and consumes just 5W of power, ideal for extended battery life in power-critical unmanned vehicle application.
